SHIPPING:
We ship USPS mail. Your order should typically arrive in 2-5 business days after shipment, depending on location and time of year. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be rerouted. If an order needs to be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply. We do not offer overnight shipping.
FREE IN-PERSON PICKUP:

Pickup items must be picked up within 7 days of ordering, unless special arrangements are made by contacting us beforehand. Orders will be available for pickup as soon as 1-3 days after placing the order.
CHANGING OR CANCELING:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, simply email us at simpleandsageboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we have not packed and shipped your item(s), we would be more than happy to make changes or cancel your order.
RETURNS:
At Simple & Sage Boutique, we try our best to be return-friendly. We love our products, as we hope you do, and we want to stand behind it and make sure that you end up with items that you truly love. To make the return process easy, please follow these rules:
All sale items are final sale.
Any items purchased must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
All returns must be unworn + unwashed + unused, with all tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake made on our end.
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment used.
Return items may be shipped or brought back to Simple & Sage Boutique (contact us for address).
